Our Venue Rental Rates
Start at $550 for 4 Hours
We have the most practical package for shower celebrations from setup to breakdown.
The rate includes venue time, Stacked Chiavari Chairs for up to 72, tables and buffet/gift tables for you to setup as you like. Rates valid Sat & Sun until 2PM.
10 Hours Rental: $750 on Sundays.
$220 each additional hour.
Additional services like table & chairs setup, spandex tablecloths, chafing dishes & flatware rental available. Security Deposit required.
Our Weekday Meetings & Conferences Rates
Start at $663 for 8 Hours
The rate includes venue time and chairs arranged theater style for up to 80.
An Event Housekeeper will be there to help you keep things in order.
Additional services such as tables & chairs setup, HDMI projector, microphones, commercial grade Wi-Fi and water/coffee/tea are available.
Catering welcomed with cleaning fee. Party music is not allowed. Contact us for Alcohol policies
This rate is valid Mon-Thu 8am-10pm, $65 each additional hour..

Deposits, Payment Plans and Cancellations
Deposits & Holds
Events are booked on a first deposit paid, first serve basis. A non-refundable Venue Hold of $50 allows holding the event date for 72 hours, pending closing contract. The Venue Hold applies towards the rental balance. A Hold-and-Release Security Deposit of $275 is due 10 days prior the event (if the guarantee is cash or check), or on the day before the event if a charge card is used.
We accept all major credit cards. Rentals for less than $1,000 and taxes are due at the time of booking. If the value of your rental is above $1,000, a $500 downpayment is required to reserve the date, then 3 equal installments monthly for the balance. All balances must be settled 30 days prior to the Event Date.
